Ayurveda recommends a spring tune up in the form of eating kitcheri for 7 days. This mono diet will remove toxins from the body and balance the bodies natural ability to digest food. I am only on day 2. The other side to this cleanse/reset is to surrender. Just allow things to be what they are, not striving. No projects with my goal oriented outcomes. Can I actually climb without a goal? Not sure I will enjoy it as much. It is so much of why I climb.
